We are pleased to announce that Connections Elevator recently helped two institutional investors with due diligence in two separate real estate transactions in South Florida this month.
One was for a National Multi family REIT out of California that purchased a ten building apartment complex.
The other was for another institutional investor that bought an office building.
We are pleased to announce that Connections Elevator has successfully completed another elevator modernization project. The job was completed on schedule with non proprietary elevator equipment and at 30% less than the next lowest responsive bidder.
We are pleased to announce that Connections Elevator has added five new customers in Palm Beach, Pompano Beach and Miami Beach in the past month. These included hydraulic and traction elevators at variety of properties including HOA’s and luxury beachfront Condominiums in the aforementioned cities.
